Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your Impulsio account and associated personal data by contacting Impulsio through the official contact details shown below.

To protect the account owner, Impulsio may require reasonable identity or account verification before processing a deletion request.

Subject to applicable legal and security requirements, account information, stored content, publishing settings and connected-account data associated with the deleted account will be deleted or anonymized where appropriate.

Deleting an Impulsio account does not itself delete your Telegram, Instagram, Facebook or other third-party account.

Third-party platforms may retain information under their own terms and privacy policies.

Some limited operational, fraud-prevention, security, financial or legal records may need to remain for a restricted period after an account deletion request.

Backup copies may also remain temporarily until they expire through normal backup rotation.

Impulsio will process verified deletion requests within the period required by applicable law and will take reasonable steps to complete the request across relevant service systems.
