Impulsio Legal
Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains what information Impulsio processes, why it is used and the choices available to users.
Last updated: 18 September 2026
1. Information we process
Impulsio processes information needed to create and manage an account, connect supported publishing destinations, prepare content, publish or schedule content, provide support and protect the service.
- Account and profile information.
- Publishing preferences and connected-platform settings.
- Text, photos, videos and other media that you choose to send to Impulsio.
- Drafts, platform-specific versions, publishing history and user actions.
- Technical, security and operational logs needed to keep the service reliable.
- Tracked-link and click information when Impulsio link tracking is used.
2. How information is used
We use information to provide the Impulsio service, generate and adapt content, show previews, process publishing actions, maintain account security, prevent abuse, diagnose problems and improve service reliability.
AI processing is used only as part of requested Impulsio workflows. Content should always be reviewed where the product presents an approval step.
3. Connected platforms
When you connect a supported third-party platform, Impulsio may process the account identifiers, permissions, access credentials and publishing metadata required to provide that integration.
Telegram, Meta and other connected services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. Impulsio does not control how those independent services process data outside the Impulsio service.
4. Content, media and AI
Content and media that you submit may be processed to create drafts, understand media, adapt content for supported formats, perform safety checks and prepare publication.
For supported photo workflows, image data may be analyzed transiently by the AI workflow. Raw photo bytes are not permanently stored solely for AI vision processing.
Impulsio may retain limited content-level information such as topic, purpose, angle, final content and user actions to maintain publishing history and reduce unnecessary repetition.
Impulsio is designed to avoid treating text found inside uploaded media as trusted instructions to the AI system.
5. Retention and deletion
Content, content versions and user actions may be retained as account history for the life of the account, subject to deletion requests and applicable legal requirements.
Impulsio has defined retention periods of 90 days for privacy-sensitive media or safety-analysis details and 180 days for audit details. Technical enforcement of retention periods may evolve as the service develops.
For relevant anti-repeat workflows, Impulsio uses an active content-diversity window of up to 15 days (360 hours). This is an active-memory window, not a deletion period for account history.
You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data. Some limited records may need to be retained temporarily where required for security, fraud prevention, dispute handling or legal compliance.
6. Security
Impulsio uses technical and organizational safeguards intended to protect accounts, publishing connections and service data. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
Users are responsible for protecting their own account credentials and for keeping connected-platform access under their control.
7. Your choices
You can disconnect supported publishing destinations, stop using the service and request deletion of your account data.
Where consent is required for non-essential tracking or similar technologies, Impulsio will request that consent before such processing is enabled.
